  Food at UVA is always very very good. Good selection, big portions and quality food. Never had a disappointing meal, lunch or dinner.

  If this place got any better, it might as well be in Rome, Italy. The room is beautiful, the man singing is amazing, and the red sauce is to die for. This is what Heaven looks like.

  I saw online that this restaurant had excellent reviews, read some of them but maybe should have read more. Went there for dinner with my girlfriend Saturday night 2/11/17. When we first walked in I noticed the place was nicely decorated and they had a singer singing and piano player, and I thought oh this is loud in the front room but nice to have live music as we were walked back to the our table in the rear room.
  
  Unfortunately it was just as loud in the back room as they had speakers suspended from the ceiling. I'm talking almost as loud as a you would expect at a nightclub, we had to almost yell to be heard. We both couldn't believe how loud the music was as we leaned into each other at our small table for two trying to communicate without yelling. The place was very crowded but that was expected.
  
  When the server came and read the specials we had to have her talk louder and repeat a few as we missed some of what she was saying. We asked her if something could be done about turning down the volume of the speakers in the back room and she said she would look into it. When she came back for our order she said she wasn't able to turn down the volume of the speakers. She said it was best to come during the week when they don't have live music as they do on the weekends. They have a nice menu, a little on the pricey side, about 15% more than I expected to pay but not outlandish.
  
  If I could rate the restaurant on individual attributes it would be as follows. Food 5 stars, service 5 stars, prices 2 stars, atmosphere 1 star.
  
  If management turned off or did away with the speakers in the rear room and lowered their menu prices by about 15%, this would be a great restaurant to have dinner at on the weekend.
  
  If you decide to try this restaurant go during the week as our server suggested.

  Takeout has more options but dinning has less. I didn't feel anything special. May be I don't know their menu.
