  Horrible service. The guy who served my father today, who seemed to be the baker, was completely rude. This isn't the first time my family and I have dealt with rude/bad service here. None of us will be back to a place we had previously gone a few times a week.

  The Baker is one of the rudest people you can possibly meet. Wanted to place an order for the next day to bring to the Northampton Football team. He refused to take the order because he did not want to make a specific a "mini" order. I could not understand why and he would not give me an answer but simply said "No". I asked for a mangers/owners phone number and he refused to give me one. I have placed this specific order before so I could not understand why he chose not to take it this time. The owner should not let this guy run this business. I doubt I will ever buy anything from here again.
  
  Update - received a call from Jim himself and he immediately began to chew me out because of the negative review. Instead of diffusing or trying to make the situation better, he proceeded to tell me that I was no longer welcomed at this store. Good way of handling that Jim! No worries, you don't have to worry about my business ever again. The Baker must be related to you because you both demonstrated good people and good business skills. Thank God for the Philly Pretzel Factory!!!
