  Your experience strongly depends on the day and time you go. Often times it seems like you're inconveniencing the staff by being there. They don't always wear gloves either.
  
  Also the quality of the bagels is average at best.
  
  Their location is prime so they don't have to try too hard, I don't think the owner really cares if the service is above "acceptable" overall.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!! I have NEVER been treated badly by a restaurant before. The older blonde hair woman was so ignorant and rude I cannot even believe she would treat a paying customer like that. I go to Manhattan Bagel everyday for breakfast, but because the one I usually go to ran out of the bagels I like, I ran over to this one to try it out. Two words to describe this place would be Overpriced, and RUDE! I will never step foot inside this place again.

  This shop offers excellent food with a friendly atmosphere. They also have amazing catering trays. I highly recommend it for a quick meal or any catering needs.
